Session 10: Hail To The New Queen

27th day of Breeze In Sun Descending, Year of the Priest's Defiance
After quickly mourning their dead friends, the remaining Guardians pursued Amanda. Up through a secret tunnel and into the streets, where they lost the trail. They then returned to the abandoned noble estate and planted another black snake on the body of the lead templar. 


Heading over to Amanda's to see if perhaps she was there, the noticed that one of the eladrin twins was following them. A quick battle followed in the middle of the streets, and the eladrin went down, but not without problems. Guards arrived, and the Guardians had to split up in order to get away from them. Tic-Tac and Heian hid at Argul's where they met Tweek, a halfling that Argul knew from earlier. How they knew each other was not mentioned, but they did note that Tweek had similar tattoos to Argul. 


After picking up Po at Amanda's, the Guardians went back to Argul's in order to lay low and get some rest.


28th day of Breeze In Sun Descending, Year of the Priest's Defiance
In the morning, they headed over to the Re'gar mansion, in order to "arrest" him. On the way they ran into some Toothcutters which they dispatched easily, and also hear some rumors that Tithian was dead. Apparently the secret was no longer contained by the templars. 


At the Re'gar mansion, they came face to face with Marten Re'gar, who turned out to think very little of they warrant. He ripped up the warrant and the fight was on. Re'gar himself died fairly easily, but the other twin proved somewhat uncooperative and the Guardians were close to disaster. At the end however, the eladrin died, just like his twin brother, and Heian got his signet ring as well. As they prepared to fight their way out through the many guards arriving,  Marten's father, Roman Re'gar, arrived and took charge. After reading the warrant, he ordered the guards to let the Guardians leave. 


As they returned to Argul, they witnessed a gathering at the palace, where Amanda was "crowned" by the templars as new Queen of Tyr. She spoke of leading Tyr into a new era and taking charge.

The next day, the Guardians hooked up with Vrylar and purchased a safehouse in the Artisan District, to lay low in. They also got him to set up a meeting with the Toothcutters (Jeeves) in the courtyard of the abandoned noble estate...
